A1: We accept T/T, L/C for large value, and for small orders
Q2: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A2: It depends on the season and the forwarders. Fees are different and offered by different forwarders and in different seasons. You can consult your nominated forwarder or us at any time.
Q3 What's your delivery time?
A3: Bulk lead time will be around 10-45 days after samples are approved, and the deposit has been paid.
Q4: Can I print our logo/barcode/unique QR code/series number on your products?
A4: Yes, of course.
Q5: Can I order some samples for our testing?
A5: The regular Sample is charge-free, the special sample as a special request will charge the cost as detail, but it will be refunded when you have placed orders.
Q6: Can you customize my products in special shape?
A6: Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services.
Q7: How can you make sure we will receive the products with high quality?
A7: We have an internal QC check, and if you want, we may get bulk products tested or AQL inspected by a third party.
