A2: It depends on seasons and different forwarders. Fee is different offered by different forwarders, and in different seasons. You can consult your nominated forwarder or us at any time.
Q3 What's your delivery time?
A3: Bulk lead time will be around 10-45 days after samples are approved, and deposit has been paid.

A4: Yes, of course.

A5: Regular Sample is charge free, the special sample as special request will charge the cost as detail, but it will be refunded when you have placed orders.

A7: We have internal QC check, and if you want, we may get bulk products tested or AQL inspected by a third party.
